Working from your original mood or technical sketches, along with specification forms which can be downloaded directly from this site, or from your specification sheets emailed or faxed, we use Gerber Accumark technology to create and digitise a first pattern for your approval within five working days.

 

This can be communicated electronically worldwide for plotting by Gerber or AAMA formats, or if preferred a paper pattern can be sent.

 

If required, our highly skilled and make through sample machinists can produce a first protosample from this initial pattern to be dispatched to you within two working weeks.

 

We can make any pattern alterations you may require, either to a new or existing pattern and produce a further sample in your fabric and trim if required.

 

Once the pattern is approved, we can then grade to your specified increments or those recommended by our technical management.

 

We can than prepare and plot optimum usage markers specific to your fabric specification taking into consideration width, grain, nap, shrinkage etc.
