Dainava Ltd can develop sketches to first pattern, source fabric and trim of all types, sample and bulk manufacture ladies jackets, skirts, trousers, coats, dresses and blouses, specialising in both fashion and corporatewear.
Our very experienced staff will prepare full technical specifications if required.
Pattern development.
Using Gerber “Accumark” technology, also available in AAMA format, our design team will prepare patterns, grades and markers.
Samples.
On provision of fabric and trim, we can then produce salesmen’s or further samples as required, using Investronica cutting converted direct from Gerber, Kanegyser and Meyr fusing, Sussman and Indupress pressing and ironing and Durkopp, Juki, Pfaff and Adler sewing technology.
Finishing.
We offer a full embroidery and washing service, to your specification.
Sourcing of fabric and trim.
Our purchasing team are in close contact with major European and Asian mills and attend all the major international fabric and trim exhibitions. We have a huge and constantly updated fabric library and are therefore in a position to match, or recommend, your particular fibre composition, weight and finish specifications. Similarly, we can satisfy the most demanding requirements of trim and accessories. We also hold a large stock of standard ladies outerwear fabrics and trim at all times.
Bulk production and quality control.
We offer a huge advantage over much competition with our 50 pieces minimum order and speedy production turnround of 3 – 4 weeks. We are totally flexible in sizing and finishing. Our pattern making, grading and marker production is fully computerised and our cutting machinery is automatic.
Our Quality Control is both online and post production and of a very high standard.
We are a member of the Suppliers Ethical Data Exchange and we have also been quality accredited by Marks & Spencer.
Delivery and logistics.
We can transport both hanging or in cartons. We can mark, pack and deliver to your specific requirements. We have strong relationships with international forwarding companies, delivering throughout Europe at most favourable terms.
